Fun in the SNOW

We were invited to go sledding and snowmobiling up at Shauna's mom and dads. It was so much fun that we didn't want it to end. Ashton loved everything about it, including going down a big and very fast sledding hill all by himself. He especially loved the snowmobile rides he went on. Good food, good beer, and good company, and even better was all the entertainment you could ask for.

Christmas 2008

This years Christmas was pretty chill. We had both the boys who couldn't wait for bedtime so that Santa would come. We all slept in and then 8am rolled around and Caiden had to wake Ashton up to saying,"Come on, let's go see what Santa brought." Ashton was so excited - it was a fun morning.

There is nothing Ashton likes more than painting. Ever since he was able to hold a crayon, marker, or paint brush he gets so excited to create pictures and share them with his family and friends.

A Week in Glacier National Park

August 9th thru 16th was spent on a long road trip to Glacier National Park, Montana. We went up with all of the Galer siblings and parents for sort of a family reunion type vacation. We did some fishing, hiking, swimming...the usual camping activities. The best was the scenic river rafting we did the last day we were there. We saw all sorts of wildlife including two bear, mountain goats, and rocky mountain bighorn. We probably spent 10 hours fishing and caught 2 fish. Ashton caught a huge carp on his first cast and Amber caught a nice rainbow trout that we brought home and ate for dinner. It went by really fast...that must mean we had a really good time.

The Week of Amber

It has been amazing so far. On saturday I went and had my toes done with my mother-in-law. We went and saw Mammamia and enjoyed key lime pie at Coasta Vida. She dropped me off to a surprise birthday party with all my friends and family. Later in the night Denis brought the limo over and the girls jumped in for a ride. On monday Aaron and I went to Brewvies we played some pool and watched Journey to the Center of the Earth it was a crazy show. We met up with one of my best friends Carla and Jake and laughed until our guts hurt.
